Interior preparing to start work on Trump’s arch ‘over the next two-week period’

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum said Thursday the federal government will start excavation work for President Trump's proposed triumphal arch in the Washington, D.C., area within the next two weeks. The arch, named the Great Triumphal Arch and Military Observation Deck, is part of Trump's vision for the nation's capital.
