SAP warns of maximum severity 'OVERPASS' kernel vulnerability

SAP's September 2026 security updates fix 20 flaws, including a maximum-severity memory corruption vulnerability in the SAP Kernel, dubbed OVERPASS. The flaw could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to execute arbitrary code. SAP urges customers to apply patches immediately to prevent exploitation.
