A Venezuelan man shot by an ICE officer in Texas was hospitalized again Monday with a bullet still lodged in his back, his attorney said. Immigration lawyer Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch said ICE agents 'sideswiped' the man during the weekend incident. He was taken to an immigration facility before being readmitted to the hospital.
