Many ex-aides to Harris betting against a 2028 run

Many former aides, surrogates and donors to Kamala Harris believe she will not run for president in 2028, according to an Axios survey of eight former aides. Only one thought she probably will run. Harris has said she hasn't made up her mind, and her recent activities may be aimed at maintaining influence rather than building a campaign.
