Kushner, Witkoff to pitch "new ideas" to end Russia-Ukraine war

Presidential envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will meet Ukrainian negotiators and European officials in Miami on Friday to present new ideas to break the Russia-Ukraine war stalemate. One proposal is a partial ceasefire halting attacks on energy infrastructure and grain shipments. Ukraine is willing, but Russia has shown little willingness. Secretary of State Marco Rubio called the war a stalemate.
