Collins warns OMB about unspent global health funding

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) urged the Trump administration to spend over $1 billion in already-appropriated global health funding before it expires Wednesday. In a letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, OMB Director Russell Vought, and Eric Ueland, Collins pressed for the funds to be released to prevent lapses in critical health programs.
