McConnell returns to Capitol after 3-month absence

Sen. Mitch McConnell returned to the Capitol on Monday, casting his first vote in three months after a June hospitalization. The Kentucky Republican voted for Matthew Byrne's judicial nomination and said he's ready to work on the farm bill, NATO, and Ukraine, though not fully recovered.
