KRW1, a won-backed stablecoin, is expanding global payments via Rain and Visa, reaching over 175 million merchant locations. The integration, announced by Avalanche, lets businesses spend tokenized Korean won through card infrastructure. KRW1 was introduced by South Korean custodian BDACS.
