Binance wallets saw $6.1 billion in gross outflows over 24 hours after withdrawals resumed, equal to about 3.6% of its pre-hack assets. The exchange reported net outflows of $3.64 billion in the first 9.5 hours. This follows the October 29 exploit that drained significant funds from the exchange.
