In Texas, 3 new polls show Talarico with slight lead

Three polls released Tuesday and Wednesday show state Rep. James Talarico (D) leading Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) in the Texas Senate race. The Texas Politics Project at the University of Texas found Talarico ahead of Paxton, with other surveys also showing a tight contest. The governor's race remains close as well, with new polling released this week.
