Former Minnesota state Sen. Matt Little won the Democratic primary for the state's 2nd Congressional District, Decision Desk HQ projects. Little defeated state Sen. Matt Klein and state Rep. Kaela Berg. He will face GOP state Sen. Eric Pratt in November for the open seat vacated by Rep. Angie Craig.
