Bitcoin Could Get Zcash-Style Private Transactions Without a Soft Fork, Misha Komarov Says

Misha Komarov, founder of a Bitcoin research firm, said Bitcoin could get Zcash-style private transactions without a soft fork. He described a private pool for bitcoin costing about four times a normal transaction in fees. The technique behind it is still experimental, he said.
