Coinbase Brings 24/7 Stock Perpetuals to the US

Coinbase filed two notices with the SEC to offer single-stock perpetual futures to U.S. traders. The filings, dated Sept. 1, cover two regulated arms, including Coinbase Derivatives' Form 1-N. The CFTC must sign off next, according to its policy chief.
