An amended complaint filed by Mintvest against Coinmint alleges CEO Ashton Soniat surreptitiously ran BTC miners and stole the proceeds, misappropriating 448 BTC. The lawsuit accuses Soniat of running the mining operation without authorization and keeping the bitcoin it produced.
