Bakery owner addresses encounter with Bovino

Manolo Bentancur, owner of a popular east Charlotte bakery, recounted his Sunday afternoon encounter with Greg Bovino, former commander of U.S. Border Patrol. Bentancur said Bovino told him, "Well, I can be wherever I want; it's free," to which Bentancur replied, "This is private..." The conversation was reported by Queen City News.
