Metaplanet Raises Bitcoin Holdings to 44,000 BTC After Q3 Purchase

Metaplanet bought 1,000 BTC on a net basis in Q3, raising its total holdings to 44,000 BTC as of Sept. 30. The Tokyo-listed firm sold 10,000 BTC and later bought 11,000 BTC to demonstrate it can convert Bitcoin into cash when needed, aiming to strengthen its credit position and access to financing.
