Hut 8 won the bankruptcy auction for Poolin's Texas data centers with a $140 million bid, nearly triple the $52 million stalking-horse offer. The deal covers Pyote and Tarbush sites and awaits court approval on September 29. Poolin filed Chapter 11 in July with about $173 million in obligations.
