Standard Chartered is preparing to bring institutional crypto custody to Singapore, expanding its digital asset operations into another major financial center. Announced Thursday, the proposed service would cover selected cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and tokenized real-world assets for institutional and accredited corporate clients. The bank already operates digital asset infrastructure in the UAE.
