Ethereum developers scrapped Glamsterdam's Hoodi fork after ChainSecurity flagged gas risks. The Oct. 26 testnet activation was pulled days ahead of time. The upgrade's early-December mainnet candidates had depended on that test going smoothly, so the cancellation could delay the fork's rollout on the mainnet.
