Semight Instruments Co., a Chinese maker of semiconductor test instruments, is considering a second listing in Hong Kong, sources said. The company's shares have surged roughly 2,200% since their debut in April. A Hong Kong listing would provide additional capital access and expand the company's investor base beyond mainland China.
