Dogecoin (DOGE) Price: Analyst Eyes $0.124 Breakout as DogeOS Testnet Goes Live

DogeOS launched a public testnet Wednesday, bringing Ethereum-style smart contracts to Dogecoin for the first time. The network supports trading, lending, stablecoins, prediction markets, and games, using test DOGE for fees. DOGE trades near $0.0955, down 60% over the past year.
