When AI models refuse to fight hackers

OpenCode, an open-source AI coding agent, was compromised over the weekend, exposing API keys for some customers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google services. The breach stemmed from a large-scale distillation attack affecting 1.4% of OpenCode Console users. OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic worked with affected customers to revoke keys and address unauthorized charges.
