Zelensky, US allies bet on strike concessions to placate Trump

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his allies in Congress are leveraging President Trump's desire for Kyiv to stop targeting Russian diesel facilities to gain his support for Ukraine in other areas.
