Brazil’s CVM Opens 15-Business-Day Window for Securities Tokenization Pilot

Brazil's securities regulator CVM opened a 15-business-day window for a securities tokenization pilot. The pilot excludes real investors, securities already issued or in circulation, and real financial resources. Testing will use tokens representing fictional securities and resources, allowing the regulator to evaluate the technology without market risk.
