Bitcoin’s ECX Hard Fork Splinters Into 3 Launches Through October

Bitcoin's ECX hard fork will not launch all at once on Aug. 23. Instead, creator Paul Sztorc announced the rollout will happen in three separate stages stretched across more than two months. The change was announced in an Aug. 7 update. ECX is based on the Drivechain proposal and BIP 300.
