Pro-Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) ads mistakenly targeted Portland, Oregon, instead of Portland, Maine, in a GOP super PAC mix-up. A spokesperson said the media vendor placed approximately $25,000 in digital advertising in the wrong market. The error was acknowledged in a statement from the Republican group.
