James Comey charged again by the DOJ

Former FBI director James Comey faces new federal charges, according to a charging document made public Monday. Prosecutors allege he directed the disclosure of national defense information to a reporter through co-conspirators in October 2016. He is charged with transmission and conspiracy to transmit national defense information. This marks the third time the Trump administration has charged Comey, who was dismissed in 2017.
