Chainlink launched CCIP Vault Adapters, letting DeFi vaults accept deposits from more than 80 blockchains. On Oct. 8 UTC, 681 LINK transactions worth at least $100,000 were recorded, hitting a 2026 high. The adapters expand cross-chain interoperability for vaults, boosting LINK network activity.
