Two Thai businessmen sued Tether over its freeze of 42.4 million USDT, filed Aug. 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. They claim Tether blacklisted 10 Ethereum addresses on Oct. 30, 2025, following an informal law enforcement request, before a seizure warrant was obtained.
