Oil Settles Near $100 as Hormuz Flows Stunt Rally

Oil settled near $100 a barrel Monday, falling for a fourth session, on signs Saudi Arabia is boosting exports via the Strait of Hormuz and hopes for diplomatic progress in the Iran war. Brent settled 3.4% lower, while the October WTI contract fell about 4.5%. Satellite data showed Saudi loadings from the Gulf jumped over the weekend.
