Republican Ed Gallrein, a retired Navy SEAL and farmer, is projected to win Kentucky's 4th Congressional District, defeating Democrat Melissa Strange and libertarian Jeremy Todd, according to Decision Desk HQ. Gallrein, endorsed by Trump, will replace Rep. Thomas Massie, a Trump critic. The race was closely watched as a test of Trump's influence in Republican primaries.
