Democratic socialist N’Kiyla Jasmine Thomas is projected to win Oklahoma’s Democratic Senate primary, according to Decision Desk HQ. She will face Republican nominee Rep. Kevin Hern. Thomas defeated lawyer Jim Priest in a runoff after both advanced from a June primary where neither secured a majority. Thomas, a nurse, led the campaign.
