Bitget Restarts Bitcoin Withdrawals as $388M Hack Investigation Widens

Bitget has started restoring Bitcoin withdrawals after attackers exploited a third-party security vulnerability to steal approximately $388 million from the exchange. Bitget said its private keys and cold wallets were never compromised, and customer balances remain intact. By Monday morning, it had processed 9,585 BTC withdrawals totaling 4,098 BTC.
