Franklin Templeton filed exchange registrations on October 22, 2026, for two Bitcoin dividend reinvestment ETFs that would start with 5% Bitcoin exposure. The funds would turn stock dividends into Bitcoin while keeping most of their portfolios in US equities. Proposed Nasdaq tickers include FBEQ, but neither fund is trading yet.
