A draft by Sean Bowe would redirect 8% of Zcash's block subsidy to a network sustainability mechanism, ending ZCG's automatic allocation and temporarily keeping the share out of circulation. The draft lists about 91,453 ZEC and $8.8 million in other assets held by ZCG.
