Hut 8 signed a second 15-year lease worth $9.8 billion at its Beacon Point campus in Texas, fully commercializing the 1-gigawatt site. HUT stock rose up to 16% in premarket trading. The unnamed tenant doubled its contracted capacity to 704 MW.
