Coinbase (COIN) Stock Jumps 12% as Exchange Files for US Stock Perpetuals

Coinbase stock closed 12% higher at $194.25 on Friday after filing to list single-stock perpetual futures in the U.S. The initial lineup could cover roughly 50 to 60 stocks, including Apple, Microsoft, Tesla and Nvidia. The proposed contracts would offer 24/5 trading without fixed expiration dates. The CFTC lists Coinbase's application as pending regulatory review.
