Chainalysis Says Crypto Activity Barely Fell Despite $2.1T Market Rout

Chainalysis reports global crypto economic activity fell just 1.6% to $9.4 trillion in the year ending June 30, 2026, despite a $2.1 trillion market cap loss. Domestic peer-to-peer transfers surged 302.9% to $228.7 billion, and cross-border stablecoin flows rose 77.5% to $220.3 billion, while centralized service inflows dropped 4.3%.
