Pete Hegseth says public can watch Fort Hood shooter's execution

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Thursday the public will be able to watch the Fort Hood shooter's execution by firing squad. Nidal Hasan, convicted of killing 13 people in a 2009 shooting at Fort Hood, Texas, is scheduled for execution Dec. 3. The U.S. hasn't held a public execution in 90 years, and it's unclear whether it will be streamed or broadcast.
