Democrat James Talarico and Republican Ken Paxton are deadlocked in the Texas Senate race, with a new Hill/Emerson College Polling survey showing Talarico at 47 percent and Paxton at 46 percent. Four percent are undecided, and two percent back another candidate. The race remains tight less than seven weeks before Election Day.
