Moderate Crowley narrowly beats democratic socialist Hong in Wisconsin

Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley narrowly defeated state Rep. Francesca Hong in Wisconsin's Democratic primary for governor, according to the Associated Press. Crowley edged out Hong by about 3,000 votes with 98% counted. Hong's loss blunts progressive momentum. Crowley will vie to become Wisconsin's first Black governor.
