Swiss Banks Test Digital Franc Stablecoin for Digital Payments

Swiss banks including UBS, PostFinance, and Sygnum are testing a digital franc stablecoin called CHFD for automated transactions, tokenized assets, and programmable payments. Launched in April and in sandbox since late June, the project aims to reduce fraud and improve ticketing.
