Metaplanet Cuts Management Equity Reward Pool by 41% After Shareholder Backlash

Metaplanet reduced its management equity reward pool by 41% to 188.2 million shares under its Series 10 Stock Acquisition Rights plan, following shareholder criticism over dilution. The Tokyo-listed Bitcoin treasury company had previously lowered the pool from 320 million shares in August.
