Bitcoin rose as much as 1.5% to $83,300 on Tuesday before turning back at the 21-day moving average. US stocks gained on strong Q3 earnings, while oil fell nearly 5% after touching $101 a barrel. US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $527 million in net inflows on October 19.
