DOJ makes new appeal for Supreme Court to allow mail voting changes

The Trump administration on Sunday filed a 40-page emergency application asking the Supreme Court to immediately allow restrictions on mail-in voting, including barring the U.S. Postal Service from sending ballots to residents in certain states. Solicitor General D. John Sauer signed the appeal.
